Couter Terror Expo London Olympia 2012

Counter Terror Expo
25-26 April 2012
Olympia London

Digital RF with its partners offers complete counter terrorist and surveillance systems, bespoke to a client’s need using the latest technology. In this context it offers design, manufacture, systems integration, software, training and field support.

The company staff and supporting staff comprise of RF design engineers, software engineers, mechanical designer, system engineers, project manager test engineers and assembly staff. All design is in house but production and PCB assembly is sub-contracted.

All production is placed with companies in the UK accredited with the Quality Standard 9000/9001.

Cell Block Jammer

The Cell-block® jammer system is a modular design in which different combinations of amplifiers and digitally controlled frequency generation units may be fitted according to the threat and level of the jamming required.
The jamming frequency band of each chain is strictly determined by the bandwidth of the antennas and not the bandwidth of the amplifiers. Digital RF has a wide range of antennas available to cover all frequency bands allowing the full output power to be radiated.

Cell Block

Cell-block® uses a proprietary technique of jamming signal which steps a modulated ‘direct synthesised frequency’ or ‘Programmable DAC/VCO’ across specific bands of threat and combines the best of sequential and barrage jamming in a complex scenario. Whilst each chain can be swept across the whole of its frequency band, each chain has the facility to create adjustable frequency windows which can be pre- programmed in width from the Digital RF ‘RF CentrI ’ monitor and control software to target specific threats. Each window can be turned ON/OFF. This information is stored in the internal processor unit for future use. Remote operation of the jammer is provided as standard via an Ethernet connection to a central computer. ‘RF CentrI ’ can control all the features of each jammer remotely as wellCell Block as provide engineering control for adjusting frequency/level of each unit. An activity log of each event is stored showing when a detector and/or jammer has been activated. The log can be analyzed by the operators to assess the effectiveness of the security procedures and areas of activity. Selective windows can be enhanced giving a higher protection in certain bands by using the ‘Spectrum Enhancement Software’ facility. In this mode the enhanced window is swept more times than the total frequency bands.
