General

Digital RF with its partners offers complete counter terrorist and surveillance systems, bespoke to a client’s need using the latest technology. In this context it offers design, manufacture, systems integration, software, training and field support.

The company staff and supporting staff comprise of RF design engineers, software engineers, mechanical designer, system engineers, project manager test engineers and assembly staff. All design is in house but production and PCB assembly is sub-contracted.

All production is placed with companies in the UK accredited with the Quality Standard 9000/9001.

Test and Inspection

The company offers factory, test and inspection facilities on all products if requested by the purchaser, otherwise goods are shipped with the test results and handbooks.

Installation and Commissioning

The company will undertake installation and commissioning world wide. Generally this work is by trained personnel in country, or by personnel having completed the appropriate training course. In this case Digital RF may supervise the installation and assist with installation acceptance tests.

Training Course

Dgital RF are pleased to offer Factory or “on site” training courses for 6-10 persons on the operation and support of its units. Like most electronic equipment today’s maintenance is best served by holding spares and replacing modules.

Warranty

The equipment is warranted against faulty workmanship and repair for 1 year, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of the equipment due to theft or explosion or any other damage which occurs in the line of duty. The warranty does not cover the battery life. Repair is implemented by returning the faulty sub unit to the factory.

After sales service

The company offers an extension of the free repair warranty period for 5 years beyond the one year warranty at 10% of the equipment cost per year.
